While programs and events might seem like a luxury, they really are a necessity.
Participating in life enrichment programs and activities on a regular basis promotes brain health. It also helps overcome the health risks associated with isolation and loneliness, such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease, depression, and more.

We are happy to include days with children from Curious Minds, This is located right next door to us, The Children will provide joy and fun on a weekly basis and make your days brighter and better when they put on shows or simply sit and talk to you about their days.
From a singalong to disco from the 20’s to the 00’s, join us singing and dancing to enhance memory and stability skills whilst having fun.
